Podcast

So I have not written on the blog for a bit now, i’ve been pretty busy. I intend to get back into it rather soon. But something I was thinking about doing, is creating a podcast here and there.

I have been asking the Lord if I have a specific ‘gift of the spirit’ if you will, and I have always come back to one thing.

I’m not sure this is so much a gift of the spirit or just a thing that happens when you lean on the Lord. The thing that I would like to speak on is Faith.

I can look back on my life from before I was even born, and see the hand of the Lord. I couldn’t always, and sometimes I am tempted to doubt or forget His faithfulness in times past. This last 5 years however, have been incredibly faith filled. They have been so carefully constructed by the Lord, it is impossible for me to say that He wasn’t with me, or that He didn’t hear my prayers.

I would like to share my experiences with anyone that will listen, because I feel that they would be such an encouragement. Even I look back on them when I feel unsure.

I will talk of His provision when I had nothing, and His protection when I stepped into dangerous waters. I will speak of His gifts to me, and His acts of love towards me. I will talk about how important it is to lean not on our own understanding, for we miss many blessings this way.

So I am putting this out there for anyone that is interested in listening to something like that.

I pray and pray that this blog is helping those that read it, because we need encouragement, and guidance, and fellowship. I hope as I write more, that I will get to know those that read it.
